Setting the fundamentals for AI, from zero

Before you can design an AI feature, you have to decide what AI even means for your product. I partnered with research and product to define Magnet's AI fundamentals then used that foundation to shape our first AI-powered investigation tool. It launched to an 87% NPS in three months.
